What are the shipping costs and delivery times for domestic orders?
We offer FREE shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €50, otherwise we ship at a flat rate from €5.95. Delivery usually takes between 2-5 business days for domestic orders. Available shipping options for packages in the Netherlands are PostNL ( €6.95 ) and DPD ( €5.95).

Do you ship internationally & what are the delivery times?
Shipping costs to Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg are FREE for orders above €60 and below that we usually charge a flat rate of € 9.95. Other countries in Europe require a minimum purchase of €50 with usually a flat shipping rate of €12.95. The shipping rate for other countries (Worldwide) is 24.95. Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries. You will find the available countries on the checkout page. If you would like to purchase an item but cannot find an available shipping method for the country you live in, please contact us so we can find a solution.

Are return shipping costs covered?
We do not cover shipping costs for returns (both domestic and international). The customer is responsible for these costs. You can do it View refund policy for more information.

I have received a defective product, what should I do?
Although we pay attention to checking our products, you can contact us via the contact page if something appears to be wrong with the product upon arrival.

Are all exactly as shown in the photo?
You can expect all products as shown in the photo. Sometimes a manufacturer changes the name or packaging of a product. Of course, there may also be minor cosmetic deviations or defects in the labels of products and other things (colour of cap/packaging or type of closure of a product and the like).

Why is my discount not applied correctly?
We use special software for stack discounts. The application is automatic and works well in many cases. However, it may happen that the discount is not applied correctly or that a conflict arises. That's why it's important that you check this at checkout. This software may also conflict with our own discount codes. If you complete your purchase without verifying the discounts, please note that we cannot take responsibility for any negligence. However, we recommend that you check the details of your order carefully for your own peace of mind. Rest assured, we are here to help you with any concerns you may have.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Our standard delivery time varies from 2 to 5 working days. Please note that processing time can sometimes be longer than same day due to circumstances. Although we would like to deliver quickly, circumstances may cause minor delays. We do our best to ship your order quickly for fast delivery to your address. In cases where immediate delivery is not possible due to circumstances or product availability, we will ultimately try to deliver your order within 7 working days.

I chose a carrier but received the product via another company?
Due to logistical considerations, we may select an alternative delivery service to send your package. If this occurs within the Netherlands and you had previously chosen a more expensive shipping option, we will compensate the difference in costs with a refund.

For international shipping, it is not possible to change the carrier choice after purchase. Additionally, it is important to emphasize that we cannot offer compensation in cases where we choose a cheaper shipping option due to the complexity of continuously monitoring fluctuating international shipping rates. In addition, processing time for international packages may be longer in some cases due to careful verification and correct completion of shipping information. We also take these handling costs into account and ensure that they are reflected in the shipping costs. Despite these challenges, we are committed to ensuring that the shipping costs you pay do not exceed the initial estimates provided at checkout. Should actual shipping costs exceed these estimates (due to factors such as increased weight), our procedure is to contact you as necessary to find a suitable solution together.

Why do I receive a used shipping box?
For various reasons we may use a used shipping box to send your package. Sometimes we do not have the correct size available and reusing boxes is a suitable solution for this.

Why is there a difference in the amount of product per package?
Small variations in the packaged quantity may occur for each product. For example, the label of a product may state a volume of 250 ml, but the actual content may differ slightly. Such differences can arise from various factors, such as during the filling process in production. Therefore, the specified volume should be considered an approximation. However, should a product be found to be damaged or leaking, this situation would be considered an anomaly outside the normal range of variation and qualify as a defect. If such a defect is visible and noticed by us before we dispatch the product, we will not send the product and will normally contact the customer to discuss further options and be happy to offer a replacement. In addition, if a defective product passes our inspection unnoticed, possibly due to human error and as we do not inspect everything thoroughly which is time consuming, please contact us.
